[Remote] 1st Vice President, Institutional Sales

They are seeking a First Vice President to reputed company business development and client relationship efforts with institutional investors, requiring strong communication skills and a proven ability to reputed company capital. Responsibilities
- Promote CIM’s full suite of reputed company estate, infrastructure, and credit investment products and capabilities to institutional investors
- reputed company reputed company CIM’s investment strategies, platforms, performance, and competitive advantages to support capital-raising efforts and enhance brand awareness
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for existing investors, maintaining regular communication and delivering exceptional client service through in-person meetings and calls
- reputed company and maintain relationships with new prospective investors, including responding to due diligence requests and inquiries
- Research and analyze institutional investors, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and inform strategic reputed company
- Collaborate with the Institutional Client Group, Portfolio reputed company, and Strategy Solutions teams to contribute to new product development and preview new investment offerings to prospective investors
- Travel frequently to meet with investors and represent the firm at industry conferences, panels, and reputed company events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a reputed company field
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required
- 10+ years of industry experience, preferably with 5+ years of institutional fundraising or business development experience
- Track record of raising capital and building relationships with institutional investors and/or investment consultants

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and presentation skills, and strong attention to detail
