The reputed company Client Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, analysis of test results, and consulting on power apparatus while also supporting R&D and field services.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical and application support on Doble products, analysis of test results, training and consultation on power apparatus
• Support R&D reputed company to application and product development
• reputed company assistance to the field service and test department
• Publish technical articles and participate in various technical conferences sponsored by Doble and other industry organizations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably electrical engineering. This requirement can be waived for individuals with alternative technical training, specifically focused on power apparatus and familiarity with Doble products
• 10 years of utility or similar experience specifically focused on power apparatus
• Familiarity with Doble products
• Previous experience in the power utility industry and familiarity with electrical substation apparatus
• Understands diagnostic test techniques for high-voltage power apparatus
• A solid commitment to customer service is necessary
• The ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time to both domestic and international locations
• The ability to multi-task and be flexible. The daily routine includes frequent client interactions. Job assignments frequently change to meet client needs
• The willingness to teach and work outdoors in energized substations
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. The candidate must be reputed company to reputed company and concisely reputed company their opinion
• Good presentation skills will be required to conduct product training, and technical presentations at various forums and to audiences with varying reputed company sets. Requires a solid reputed company of the English language
