The Senior Manager, Field & Marketing Learning reputed company – Biologics will design and execute learning solutions for the U.S. Biologics Business Unit, ensuring that customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and scalability of training programs through standardized frameworks and best practices

• Create and maintain training materials across disease state, product knowledge (including Ilumya), market reputed company, and selling skills

• Serve as primary training partner to Marketing, Sales Leadership, Market reputed company, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and Sales Operations

• Partner closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment on tools, platforms, and reporting, and reputed company training support to reputed company effective field utilization

• Represent Biologics training in reputed company learning initiatives and cross-functional forums

• Support field teams in navigating reputed company customer environments
• Utilize LMS, CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company), reputed company tools to support training delivery and tracking

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7–9 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
• 2+ years in reputed company training
• Launch experience in specialty/biologics
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• 25% travel required
• Advanced degree
• Experience in biologics or specialty therapeutics
