The role involves managing technical activities with customers and partners, supporting the growth of reputed company Document reputed company solutions, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions that address their prioritized executive business challenges
• Conduct compelling and factual Document reputed company product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities reputed company an reputed company business
• Acquire a detailed understanding of reputed company-based solutions to deliver mentorship and support, alongside other 3rd party software
• Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation

Skills

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role
• Validated experience working in the reputed company software
• Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and reputed company
• Ability to reputed company an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts reputed company and concisely
• Travel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips. About 25% - 50% travel
• Ability to work independently, reputed company commitments, and deliver on deadlines successfully
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
