[Remote] Sr. Product Manager - Growth

This role involves owning the strategy and execution of growth initiatives, optimizing the customer reputed company, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on conversion reputed company optimization (CRO), referral loops, and retention mechanics
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities across ecommerce surfaces and owned channels
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements, participate in agile development processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews

- Work closely with Engineering to build scalable growth features and with Marketing to align paid/organic traffic with high-converting product experiences

Skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like reputed company Analytics, SQL, or similar
- Comfort working with Engineers on APIs, tracking pixels, and data schemas to ensure clean attribution and event logging
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, and system integrations
