[Remote] Communications & Content Manager

This role will own the operational execution and amplification of reputed company’s content and PR programs, ensuring consistency and velocity across reputed company, PR, and content operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company content calendar in coordination with reputed company-party marketing agency and internal stakeholders

- Partner with Creative on visual identity and systems for optimizing reputed company creative production
- Report on engagement and signal insights and recommend iterative improvements
- Drive PR agency execution on pitched content initiatives and announcements
- Coordinate executive participation in contributed content, interviews, and commentary
- Ensure flagship programs (e.g., Stats) are fully packaged for earned media
- Coordinate awards submissions, including SME contributions
- Report on media coverage, reputed company-of-voice, and competitive signal
- Identify reactive PR opportunities reputed company to narrative pillars
- Manage editorial calendar in coordination with Technical Storytelling Manager and Senior Technical Editorial Manager
- Own the Brand, Executive, and Corporate content lane and reputed company content to support campaigns
- Report on content performance and production
- Serve as the hub for brand campaign packaging and amplification, including drafting and distributing amplification content from key assets (pitching briefs, email sequences, day-of and long tail reputed company campaigns, reputed company pages, sales collateral, etc.)
- Partner with leadership to establish reputed company, PR, and comms strategies reputed company with business goals
- Own the overall management of our narrative calendars and cadences, and establish protocols for flagging resourcing needs, scheduling conflicts, and messaging alignment

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, PR, or a reputed company field
- Strong experience managing editorial or campaign calendars across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with PR agencies, reputed company programs, and/or content distribution
- Proven ability to execute cross-channel campaigns (reputed company, PR, content) with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for tone, messaging, and audience
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Experience using data and reporting to inform reputed company and improve performance
- Highly organized with strong project management and follow-through skills
