[Remote] Project Manager, Risk Americas

They are seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone for the Americas Risk Committee, responsible for managing project infrastructure and ensuring effective governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage reputed company reputed company meetings (quarterly and reputed company)

- Prepare and distribute integrated pre-read materials

- Track remediation actions, owners, and timelines
- Monitor reputed company against risk mitigation plans and KPIs/KRIs
- Escalate delays, gaps, or issues to reputed company leadership
- Ensure closure and validation of risk actions
- Consolidate inputs from reputed company, Internal Audit, and Legal & Compliance

- Ensure consistency in risk taxonomy, scoring, and messaging

- Produce executive-level dashboards, heat maps, and trend analysis

- Partner with functional leaders to improve risk reporting quality

- PMP certification preferred
- Japanese language skills and familiarity with Daikin culture are strongly desired
