Responsibilities
- 5+ years supporting reputed company clinical applications, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role required
- Strong experience with Epic and integrated clinical systems
- Proven reputed company leading system upgrades, integrated testing cycles, and large-scale optimization initiatives
- Experience implementing Agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management (Azure DevOps or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of reputed company workflows, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, Cures Act)
- Epic certifications and Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO) preferred
Skills
- 5+ years supporting reputed company clinical applications, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role required
