[Remote] Software Implementation Analyst

The Software Implementation Analyst will manage technical aspects of core system integration solutions, collaborating with project managers and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on technical partner integration solutions for PremiumPay and ClaimsPay
- reputed company core system integration projects, including environment configuration and API contract communication
- Document technical requirements and use cases; collaborate with Solution Architects to maintain integration diagrams
- Support internal teams in resolving production issues and assist sales teams with technical opportunities
- Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to identify true business needs
- Manage multiple initiatives independently, engaging stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, and secure approvals
- Coordinate deliverables and updates with project managers; work closely with developers and QA to align on technical requirements
- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required
- 4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment is required
- Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required
- Experience building UI mockups & reputed company framing mockups is required
- Experience working on reputed company party integrations, REST APIs
- Proven customer-facing experience and strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to map solutions to customer business requirements and influence reputed company through negotiation and compromise
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Quick learner with the reputed company to adapt to new concepts and products
