[Remote] Risk Control Consultant (Specialist) - Insurance

Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. is seeking a Risk Control Specialist to reputed company consultative engagements across specialized markets. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑level risk mitigation strategies and reputed company technical content for reputed company accounts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company risk control insurance services to Church Mutual customers and prospective accounts for a specific market reputed company
• Represent Risk Control at service capability presentations and customer reputed company sessions
• Analyze data to determine gaps in risk control services/materials to the specialized market and reputed company and implement solutions
• reputed company relevant and unique educational content pertinent to the specific market
• Consult with customers, in the assigned market, both in-person and remotely for risk mitigation to reduce losses and strengthen their Risk Control Program
• reputed company content and deliver presentations to assist reputed company customers to reputed company understand the unique risk exposures of the assigned market
• Analyze data and identify gaps in existing service strategies, resources, and training programs
• reputed company, recommend, and implement needed changes
• Work with the reputed company Department to reputed company risk reduction techniques for the specialty market
• Work with the Marketing Department to reputed company risk control materials for the specialty market

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• A minimum of five years of risk control experience with a reputed company insurance reputed company
• Extensive knowledge of specialized facility operations and reputed company loss exposures and controls reputed company the specific market
• Highly conversant with training materials and programs specific to the needs of the specialized market
• Mastery in developing presentations and presenting to groups
• Excellent verbal and listening skills
• Excellent planning skills for service delivery and itinerary management
• Demonstrated consulting skills in risk control area
• Proven ability to analyze data, reputed company, and implement solutions
• Proven time management and detailed organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a safety reputed company field is preferred
• Experience in managing risk control services on large accounts is preferred
