[Remote] Pharmacy Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Crumdale Specialty is a reputed company insurance firm providing custom, self-funded reputed company solutions to a limited distribution network of brokers, consultants, and agents reputed company. The PBM/Pharmacy focused Account Manager will handle day-to-day relationships with clients, troubleshoot requests, and collaborate with multiple partners to find client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal Crumdale associates to support client strategy and initiatives
• Coordinate client and internal team meetings
• Assist PBM Strategic Account Executives with implementation tasks to ensure a smooth transition of clients from other organizations
• Prepare and reputed company clients with performance reports; present reputed company applicable
• Use critical thinking skills to proactively manage client issues
• Document and triage client-reputed company issues/escalations
• Escalate high-reputed company items to the management team
• Build relationships with brokers, consultants, TPA and employers
• Proactively reputed company follow-reputed company and feedback to brokers/consultants and clients
• Complete assigned tasks and projects according to appropriate timelines agreed upon with client and internal stakeholders
