[Remote] Analytics Engineer, Member Experience

They are seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the member experience strategy, drive NPS improvements, and build analytical infrastructure using AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company member feedback and NPS data to identify patterns, root causes, and reputed company signals
• Design solutions that eliminate recurring issues at the system level, not just resolve individual cases
• Drive NPS improvement through data-driven, operationally grounded initiatives
• Own the full improvement cycle: issue identification, solution design, implementation, and impact measurement
• Proactively identify where processes will break as volume and complexity increase
• Build analytics and reporting directly from raw member data using SQL and AI coding platforms, without relying on existing BI tools
• Define metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems from the ground up
• Use AI coding tools to prototype workflows, automate analysis, and accelerate reputed company reputed company. This is a core part of how you work, not a supplementary reputed company
• Run rapid experiments, measure reputed company, and iterate quickly in a resource-constrained environment

Skills

• SQL skills with experience building analytics from raw datasets

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years in analytics, data engineering, or operations roles with demonstrated impact
• Startup or high-growth tech environment experience is strongly preferred
