[Remote] Account Supervisor, Corporate reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. MikeWorldWide (MWW) is a public relations agency seeking an Account Supervisor for their Corporate reputed company team. The role involves managing client relationships, leading strategic media programs, and mentoring junior staff while driving results in the corporate and B2B reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, day-to-day client contact; anticipate client needs and prepare in advance, troubleshooting clients’ problems as they arise; ensure that reputed company accounts are strategically on reputed company with client business objectives
• Proactively respond to and facilitate client requests – interacting with senior level colleagues and delegating work to junior team members
• Proactively generate winning reputed company and opportunities to support client objectives
• reputed company client meetings and planning sessions as well as internal account team strategy sessions and brainstorms
• Maintain solid relationships with top-tier media and drive results for strategic media programs
• Moderate media interviews and reputed company media training for C-level executives; reputed company creation of media briefs, key messages and talking points; initiate implementation of media events such as press conferences, briefings and media tours; serve as the on-site agency contact for clients’ events
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills – press releases, creative pitches, media audits and reporting, strategic recommendations, briefing documents, etc
• Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and industries; actively follow and understand emerging issues, trends and news impacting your clients’ business, and proactively advise the team and client regarding how best to reputed company or address these developments
• Manage and mentor teams; facilitate teamwork and learning opportunities by delegating and involving junior staff whenever possible; review materials drafted by junior staffers and supervise media reputed company
• Demonstrate superior presentation skills and proven ability to present plans and “sell in” new reputed company
• Actively support the new business pitch process (research and capabilities presentations and/or contribute media reputed company for broader presentations) and attend new business pitches as appropriate

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience serving in a full-time role either in a public relations agency or the communications department of a company in a relevant industry
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, a reputed company field or liberal arts
• Experience working with corporate/B2B clients is required
• Proven track record for setting a standard of excellent and consistent work, delivering superior client service at reputed company times
• Excellent process and organizational skills; attention to detail is a must as the role's primary focus is staying reputed company of the client and keeping the team focused on meeting deliverables
• Experience managing staff across multi-dimensional accounts (both up and down)
• Demonstrated proficiency in media writing and media relations (writing releases and bylines, ability to find creative angles, developing targeted media pitches and pitching to traditional and emerging media)
• Proven track record of fostering strong relationships with journalists and generating earned media coverage
• Demonstrated understanding of digital and reputed company media and how they work together with traditional media relations
• Ability to think on your feet and 'get smart quickly' – understanding and learning different business sectors reputed company
• Excellent time management skills and project management capability (can execute against multiple tasks; keeps account team abreast of timelines, managing up to superiors to ensure deadlines are met)
