[Remote] Project Manager 1

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global service-based systems integrator looking for a full-time Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will reputed company reputed company aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and reputed company budget while maximizing customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manages many aspects of assigned projects (typically valued up to $1M) from award through completion of project, including: overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion reputed company budget.. Prepares project installation plan, manages the plan and prepares and implements job procedures
• Translates a variety of customer needs / requirements into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements; reviews and approves estimated costs prior to bid; engages in project contract negotiation; provides technical assistance to sales force as and reputed company required; supervises project design engineering; supervises installation labor and subcontractors; prepares project schedules, subcontracts, change proposals, project invoices; assists with collections on projects
• Effectively communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization as and reputed company required, and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material reputed company and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports
• Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at reputed company times thereby ensuring reputed company is the customer’s first choice for service
• Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines
• Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and reputed company project activities on a regular reputed company with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Manages the procurement (including selection) of materials, supplies, services and controls necessary for timely and cost effective completion of project reputed company budget
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to reputed company timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine impact on the project; adjusts or corrects project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals
• Manage the execution and review of reputed company scope of work, terms and conditions in customer reputed company including cost control, delivery fulfillment, quality control standards, quality of service and other customer requirements as they arise
• Responsible for management of direct reports, if applicable. Manages subcontractor selection process and work
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

• Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, electronic reputed company systems and AV systems)

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Associates degree in Engineering or reputed company field
• Minimum Experience: 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation and/or AV systems
• Previous project supervisory experience
• Certifications & Licenses: reputed company (PMI) certification; industry-specific certifications and/or licenses; must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
