They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to identify and acquire new business opportunities, manage sales teams, and reputed company strategic sales plans while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar role
- Strong skills in relationship-building, client management, and customer service
- Ability to reputed company and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets
- Proficiency in team leadership, mentorship, and building high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in the reputed company textiles or facility management industry is a plus
