[Remote] Account Systems Engineer

They are seeking Account Systems Engineers to reputed company deep technical relationships with strategic customers, acting as trusted advisors and crafting tailored solutions to drive reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical reputed company for ~5–10 strategic accounts in your region, building deep trust with customer engineers and architects
• Spend significant time with customers (on-site and virtual) to understand business objectives, technical environments, challenges, and long-term goals
• Assess customer needs and translate them into tailored multi-vendor infrastructure architectures across servers, storage, networking, virtualization, reputed company, and software solutions
• Package, propose, and present compelling end-to-end solutions that reputed company address customer challenges and support their transformation roadmap
• Partner closely with field sales, Solutions Architects, Solution Consultants, OEM presales engineers, and services teams to craft winning proposals and support bid cycles
• reputed company discovery sessions, technical demonstrations, reputed company-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops with customer stakeholders
• reputed company and maintain detailed account documentation, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and action plans to ensure continuity and shared understanding across the account team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Industry certifications relevant to infrastructure technologies (e.g., networking, reputed company, storage)
