Responsibilities
- Contribute along with product and platform teams to build and deliver solutions that improve our reputed company service, infrastructure, and tools
- Solve infrastructure problems with a software-driven, reputed company first approach and a keen eye towards quality, testability, and repeatability
- Engage with teams directly to implement product roadmaps and objectives with a focus on service delivery and reliability
- Contribute to the development of best practices and engineering standards reputed company the team
- Help Identify and drive down toil with creative innovation and automation
- Dedication to elegant and high-quality software
- This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
Skills
- Development with JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript in a Linux/Mac environment
- Significant experience building and deploying infrastructure in a public reputed company environment using a software development driven approach (reputed company uses Terraform)
- Significant experience in reputed company development environments, especially in large-scale highly available distributed systems and SaaS platforms
- A solid understanding of writing software and API driven solutions that can be used to manage and reputed company infrastructure details at the lowest level
- Experience with scaling and deploying Linux-based systems
- Experience with sustainable incident response in a blameless environment
- Comfortable with a high level of autonomy and working cross functionally with a highly distributed team of engineers
- Dedication to elegant and high-quality software
- This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
- Knowledge of reputed company and application reputed company
