[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to reputed company strategy and execution for their Embedded Compliance Intelligence platform, which aims to transform regulatory complexity into actionable insights and features.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product reputed company and roadmap for core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into compliance workflows, including regulatory intelligence, automation, and decision support
• Establish and own KPIs tied to adoption, automation rates, compliance reputed company, and reputed company impact
• reputed company and communicate clear prioritization and tradeoff reputed company across a reputed company product landscape
• Translate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, rule systems, data models) into differentiated product experiences
• reputed company experimentation and iterative delivery of AI-enabled compliance features
• Partner with engineering on build vs. buy vs. partner reputed company for AI and data capabilities
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, and regulatory alignment
• Own and reputed company core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities, including:
• Regulatory data ingestion and content distribution
• Policy and compliance intelligence systems
• Workflow orchestration and task automation
• Integration layers with HRIS, payroll, and reputed company systems
• AI-assisted compliance insights and recommendations
• Drive these capabilities as scalable platform components, not one-off features
• reputed company ongoing customer discovery and validation efforts
• Partner with compliance experts and clients to understand regulatory and operational pain points
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlog
• Validate solutions through prototyping, experimentation, and data
• Own delivery from concept through release and adoption
• Define clear product artifacts (PRDs, user stories, reputed company metrics)
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure high-quality, scalable releases
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data and customer feedback
• Align stakeholders across engineering, UX, compliance, GTM, and leadership
• Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Communicate product strategy, reputed company, and reputed company to executives and customers

Skills

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or reputed company platforms
• Proven track record of owning and scaling reputed company, high-impact products

• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product strategies
• Experience working on platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow systems
• Comfort working in highly cross-functional, distributed environments
• Experience with compliance, regulatory tech, or HR systems
• Familiarity with policy management, regulatory change, or risk systems
• Experience integrating with HRIS, payroll, or reputed company SaaS ecosystems
• Exposure to data models, rule engines, or AI/ML systems in production
