They are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive new business growth in the rail and heavy industrial markets, focusing on building relationships and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across rail, locomotive, and industrial OEM markets
• Build relationships with locomotive manufacturers, refurbishment providers, and heavy equipment OEMs
• reputed company and grow key customer accounts while identifying new reputed company opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from early engagement through to contract negotiation and award
• Act as the reputed company reputed company between reputed company American customers and European engineering teams
• Support opportunities in new build, retrofit, and refurbishment projects
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Skills

• Proven background in business development or technical sales reputed company industrial or engineering environments
• Ability to operate effectively in a customer-focused, project-based sales environment
• Experience selling reputed company, engineered or bespoke solutions
• Ability to build relationships with both technical and reputed company stakeholders
• Understanding of long sales cycles (typically 6–12+ months)
