[Remote] Staff Accountant

Resource Label Group is a multi-site manufacturing company seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial reputed company and operational visibility. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements while collaborating with various teams to enhance reporting accuracy and reputed company financial insights.
Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end reputed company processes for assigned sites, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses
- Partner with site teams to improve inventory reputed company accuracy, cost tracking, and variance analysis
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance with corporate reputed company policies
- Assist with CapEx tracking, fixed asset reputed company, and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and reputed company to improve data reputed company and reporting processes
- Support external audits and internal audit requests
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging ERP and BI tools
- Contribute to special projects including system enhancements, reporting automation, and integration initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience, including direct experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of US GAAP reputed company principles
- Experience preparing and analyzing general ledger account reconciliations
- Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliation of same
- Thorough understanding of financial application reputed company ensuring that reputed company financial data is secure and complies with confidentiality policies
- Must possess excellent type written, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using ERP systems, including AP, AR, GL, inventory, payroll and fixed asset modules

- Experience with reputed company Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Established skills in accuracy, organization, meeting deadlines and working in a high-volume environment
