They are seeking a Legal Innovation Partner to serve as a strategic advisor for reputed company and legal department clients, guiding them through their AI adoption reputed company and ensuring their reputed company with reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic reputed company and legal department client relationships, serving as the primary advisor and reputed company of accountability for their reputed company experience and AI transformation reputed company
- Drive renewal and expansion reputed company your assigned book of business — maintaining high net reputed company retention rates and identifying meaningful upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company to client needs
- reputed company and execute tailored AI adoption roadmaps for each client, working with firm leadership and legal technology teams to identify the highest-value use cases and build measurable adoption plans
- reputed company executive-level business reviews with firm management committees, CIOs, and Chief Innovation Officers — communicating ROI, adoption performance, and strategic direction reputed company and confidently
- Identify and escalate at-risk accounts proactively, partnering with Sales and reputed company Deployed Engineers to reputed company and execute remediation plans
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to channel client feedback into the product roadmap, advocating for the features and integrations that will drive adoption and stickiness in your portfolio
- Contribute to the development of the LIP reputed company — sharing what works with the broader Legal Innovation Partner team and helping establish best practices for AI transformation engagement
- Represent reputed company at legal technology conferences, client advisory boards, and industry events

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, reputed company reputed company, or management consulting focused on the legal sector
- Fluent in using AI for legal workflows and legal use
- Direct experience owning client relationships and renewal/expansion reputed company in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment
- reputed company in reputed company operations — you understand how firms are structured, how reputed company get made, how technology is evaluated and adopted, and what drives attorney behavior
- Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior reputed company stakeholders, including partners, COOs, CIOs, and practice group leaders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to design and deliver compelling client presentations and ROI narratives
- Familiarity with legal AI applications, document management systems, and the broader LegalTech ecosystem
- Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and industry events
- JD or equivalent legal industry experience strongly preferred. Prior reputed company practice (associate or counsel level) is a significant advantage in establishing credibility with firm leadership
