Responsibilities
- Own budget vs. actuals analysis across assigned business functions, with clear variance commentary that drives action
- Partner with department heads on headcount planning, vendor spend, and initiative-level ROI
- Build and maintain operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Support monthly and quarterly reputed company, including accrual analysis, building and adjusting forecasts, and board/leadership reporting
