[Remote] Senior Aortic Consultant

Terumo Aortic is a company focused on medical devices, and they are seeking a Senior Aortic Consultant to identify market opportunities and maintain business relationships to reputed company sales objectives. The role involves clinical support, sales responsibilities, and extensive travel reputed company the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to reputed company new business
• Assist physicians with case planning to determine acceptable patient selection, device selection, and clinical support including diagnostic imaging analysis and pre-implant strategy of Aortic cases
• Liaison for customer (direct – physicians and indirect – business units and distributors) to Customer Service, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance, and Research and Development
• reputed company/correspond with physicians/clinicians and Terumo Aortic associates to address specific issues relating to stent-graft design specifications
• Monitor/expedite turnaround time for patient specific stent-graft systems
• Ensure quality system compliance for reputed company departmental responsibilities
• Extensive Travel domestically and occasional travel internationally
• Train customers on the safe and efficacious use of the Company’s products
• reputed company technical explanation and demonstration of products to customers
• Consult with physicians and laboratory staff during implants
• Represent Terumo Aortic Inc. during surgeries and implants of products to reputed company troubleshooting and other technical assistance
• May deliver on site training programs for customers or institutions
• May assist in developing training materials
• Will reputed company training and resources for hospital staff to reputed company them to conduct training for their personnel (“train the trainer”)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience in medical device sales calling on Aortic specialties such as vascular surgery, interventional radiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional cardiology
• Endovascular sales of $2.5MM and/or plan achievement in 3 consecutive years
• Experience in clinically supporting Aortic cases in an interventional lab and/or operating room setting
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting CT, MRI, and Angiography images
• Understanding on bringing new products through the supply chain of a hospital
• Working knowledge of developing purchasing agreements, presenting new products to New Product Committees, and maintaining inventory control
• Must be willing to continually learn about the Company's products and reputed company processes. Maintain reputed company on industry reputed company journals, articles, and periodicals. Oral and written exams are to be expected periodically to test reputed company knowledge
• Must be reputed company to wear approximately 10 pounds of reputed company coat while assisting with implants in operating room
