[Remote] Regional Sales Manager: Great Lakes

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes Region who will drive territory growth, reputed company strategic customer relationships, and reputed company sales objectives through a consultative, engineering-focused sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing territory growth strategies to reputed company sales and profitability objectives
• Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities reputed company assigned markets and accounts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, machine reputed company, integrators, distributors, and end users
• Conducting application reviews and providing technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process
• Collaborating with internal engineering, customer service, and operations teams to deliver successful customer reputed company
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities, and utilizing reputed company CRM to manage customer engagement
• Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
• Supporting distributor development, training, and market expansion initiatives throughout the region

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, application engineering, industrial automation, reputed company control, or a reputed company industrial market
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company customer relationships and grow territory sales
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical applications and customer requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including frequent overnight travel
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel by reputed company
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, reputed company control, automation, robotics, machine design, or reputed company technologies
• Experience working with OEMs, machine reputed company, system integrators, or industrial distributors
• Familiarity with CRM systems and territory management practices
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation applications
