[Remote] Project Manager, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Program

This role provides leadership for the online program, overseeing curriculum design, accreditation, and enrollment management to enhance student experience and program growth.
Responsibilities

- Partner with Manhattanville's instructional designers to reputed company engaging, high-quality asynchronous and synchronous learning experiences
- Transition the program to an accelerated format
- Ensure reputed company courses meet quality benchmarks (e.g., accessibility, student engagement, measurable learning reputed company)

- Monitor student experience data (retention, satisfaction, completion rates) and implement improvements
- Evaluate and integrate learning technologies that enhance online delivery and student reputed company
- Collaborate with program faculty to reputed company the program's preparation for and maintenance of Association for Behavior Analysis International accreditation
- Ensure curriculum, faculty qualifications, and student reputed company align with ABAI standards
- Design and manage a comprehensive assessment plan, including direct and indirect measures of student learning
- Collect, analyze, and report data on student achievement, fieldwork performance, and certification exam reputed company
- Coordinate accreditation documentation, self-studies, and site visit preparation

- Collaborate with faculty and leadership to ensure compliance with institutional and external regulatory requirements

Skills
- A Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, or a closely reputed company field, from an accredited college or university
- Equivalent terminal degrees in relevant disciplines will also be considered
- Must possess Behavior Analyst Certification
