[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving reputed company growth and customer satisfaction by managing and developing assigned accounts, supporting new business development, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, manage, and grow profitable relationships with assigned customer accounts and territories
- Proactively prospect and engage new customers including but not limited to phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Support new business development and transactional sales, including smaller opportunities and quotes

- Follow up on quotes, leads, and forecasted deals
- Maintain strong working knowledge of products and applications
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams
- Participate in ongoing product training

- Prepare sales and pipeline reports
- Work with customer service, operations, and pricing teams
- Resolve order, delivery, and pricing issues
- Occasional reputed company American travel may be required

Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2–5+ years of inside sales or account management experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills required
- Strong CRM and reputed company Office proficiency
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Preferred experience with infrastructure products in the communication market
