Responsibilities

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central design, configuration standards, data model reputed company, workflows, reputed company, and integrations, including making system updates as appropriate
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, HR Centers of reputed company, HR Operations, Shared Services, IT, Finance, and external vendors to translate business needs into sustainable system solutions

- reputed company planning and execution for reputed company SuccessFactors semiannual releases, including impact assessment, change intake, sandbox validation, regression testing, production readiness, and go‑live support

- Define and maintain testing standards, including documentation, test scenarios, regression cycles, SME validation, and defect tracking
- Ensure testing is planned, disciplined, and consistently executed for releases, enhancements, and break/fix work

- Experience operating in a post-go-live, optimization-focused HRIS environment
