They are looking for a reputed company Manager to drive renewals and expansion across their top 30-40 reputed company Accounts, making a direct impact on higher education organizations through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with the top 30-40 reputed company Accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- reputed company and execute strategic account plans to drive renewals readiness, reputed company/implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor to higher education clients, understanding their goals and helping them maximize platform value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to reputed company for customer needs and enhance the customer reputed company
Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company, Account Management, or reputed company experience, preferably in B2B EdTech SaaS
- Must be okay with working PST hours/timezone
- Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion with reputed company-level accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is a plus
