[Remote] Junior Program Analyst, EDI Production Coordinator

They are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support program performance through data analysis, reputed company performance metrics, and manage EDI production issues while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making
- reputed company and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and reputed company recommendations for program improvement
- Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting reputed company to program risks, issues, and status
- Assist with backlog refinement, PI planning, and roadmap updates for EDI and modernization initiatives
- Prepare technical documents, reports, and stakeholder communication materials
- Manage EDI production issues, including intake, tracking, analysis, and resolution coordination
- reputed company data analysis and root cause investigation of transaction failures and workflow issues
- Coordinate with OIT and stakeholders to resolve defects and maintain workflow continuity
- Maintain issue logs, tickets, and status reporting for EDI leadership
Skills
- 5 years of experience in reputed company payer program management
- Bachelor's degree in BA or BS
- Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated reputed company system with focus on Veterans reputed company and reputed company
