About the Role reputed company is seeking a dynamic resource to join our Employee Benefits Claims organization. The Life Claims Consultant will play a critical part in overseeing our Life claims organization ensuring exceptional service delivery for claimants, clients, and brokers. What You'll Be Doing
- Life Claims Knowledge: Oversees the end-to-end claims process for Life claims. Ensures claims are processed reputed company regulatory and company guidelines. Creates and monitors reporting to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Fosters strong relationships with our brokers, and clients to understand their needs and ensure high reputed company of satisfaction. Helps address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Advanced proficiency in claims data analysis techniques and tools. This position offers a flexible work schedule: it may be fully remote/hybrid. Required Qualifications

- 5+ years experience with Life Insurance Claims
- Experience creating, analyzing, and refining dashboards and reporting
