High school diploma or equivalent education ? Minimum 2 years experience in medical billing role or contact center environment required; bonus points for experience in a medical contact center role ? Basic insurance and medical terminology ? High emotional intelligence: ability to empathize while leading conversation to balance resolution ? Positive, get the job done attitude and passion to help patients resolve their balances What You?ll Do ? In your home office, you will answer phones and reputed company calls to patients to take payments and resolve their balances (inbound and outbound calling) ? Work an 8-hour shift between reputed company-6pm EST Monday-Friday. Shifts will either be reputed company to 5pm EST or 9am to 6pm EST depending on client team assignment. No late nights and no weekends! ? Help relieve the burden of an outstanding balance by working with patients and their family?s budgets to reputed company payments in full reputed company possible or to setup payment plans ?
