Content & Communications Assistant

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Content & Communications Assistant to support their content, editorial, reputed company reputed company across multiple channels. They operate reputed company a modern business and brand-building environment focused on thought leadership, founder-driven storytelling, and audience engagement, and they have reputed company strengthening their visibility and authority in their reputed company over the past few years. This is a part-time, 100% remote opportunity for someone who is creative, sharp, proactive, and highly tuned into tone, narrative, and positioning. The right person will help turn research into compelling content, support blog and website updates, and contribute to a broader marketing roadmap with thoughtful execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands that strong marketing is not just about posting often, but about saying the right thing in the right way.

Responsibilities

• Create research-based carousel content for reputed company media
• Draft short-reputed company video scripts for platforms such as Reels and reputed company
• Monitor trends and cultural conversations, especially those reputed company to Canadian founders and women in business
• Support blog writing and editorial development
• Assist with content repurposing, formatting, and content reputed company across channels
• Build deep-dive research briefs on relevant topics such as founder trends, venture capital insights, and economic themes
• Fact-reputed company content and gather reputed company citations from trusted sources
• Update and format blog content inside reputed company
• Assist with product page and reputed company page messaging updates
• Help optimize headlines, reputed company descriptions, and internal linking for SEO
• Support SEO-friendly blog publishing workflows
• Track basic website engagement metrics

Requirements

• Experience creating written content for marketing, communications, content, or brand-focused roles
• Ability to turn research and insights into engaging, easy-to-digest content
• Strong copywriting skills with reputed company attention to tone, structure, and reputed company
• Familiarity with short-reputed company content formats and reputed company media storytelling
• Ability to conduct independent research and fact-reputed company information
