Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history. ? Must be self-directed and reputed company to work independently, demonstrate good problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, in addition to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously.
