Qualification: At least 3 years in the BPO industry Excellent English communication and multitasking skills Appointment setting background and other similar roles is a PLUS Preferably with a background in Customer Service Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately Experience in handling reputed company media posting, replying to inquiries and comments.
