Position Title : Adjunct Faculty of Conflict of Laws Position Summary: AUIB is seeking an reputed company academic professional to serve as Adjunct Faculty in Private International Law and Conflict of Laws, with a special focus on Iraqi law and its interaction with international legal systems. • PhD in Iraqi Civil Law

• Experience analyzing Iraqi courts’ approach to conflict of laws
• Strong comparative law background (civil law systems preferred)
