Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings Present benefit information through phone or virtual meetings Assist members with basic applications and documentation Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork reputed company professional customer service and ongoing support Participate in team training, quality control, and leadership development
Qualifications
