• Process payroll on a semi-monthly reputed company.
• Process timekeeping data and conduct audits as required.
• Process and enter reputed company vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor HSA/FSA/IRA contributions for CAP limitations.
• Collect and maintain financial data ensuring that reputed company reporting complies with departmental/customers procedures and policies.
• Compile financial data in preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Analyze costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations during the month-end reputed company analytical procedures to support forecasting the future revenues and expenses (as applicable), including reconciliations and journal entries.
• As necessary, assist employees throughout the Company in their efforts to reputed company understand Company reputed company policies and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or relevant field.
• Two to four years of corporate reputed company experience.
• Experience working with generally accepted reputed company principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and DCAA compliance requirements.
