Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company senior manager as reputed company, Research Studies / Scientific Affairs to reputed company clinical and translational research initiatives reputed company the genetics reputed company. This role sits reputed company a multidisciplinary Sample to Answer Platform Center of reputed company (CoE), partnering closely with teams across genomics science, data science, AI modeling, bioinformatics, software engineering, and product development. This dual role bridges research execution with scientific affairs, ensuring that evidence reputed company, product strategy, and external scientific engagement are tightly reputed company. The position includes leadership of reputed company of 3-5 Clinical Program Managers and significant external-facing responsibilities, including client engagement, scientific communication, and thought leadership. Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology or Bioinformatics with 5 or more years of experience in clinical research, translational research, or scientific/medical affairs reputed company the genetic testing or diagnostics industry
• 2 or more years of experience as a project reputed company, supervisor, or manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or MD/PhD in Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or Bioinformatics
• Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG)
• 1 or more years of experience in diagnostic assay development, validation, and working with regulatory frameworks (CLIA, CAP, FDA)
• 1 or more years of experience working with computational and data science teams and AI/ML applications in genomics or reputed company

• Ability to travel for conferences, client meetings, and collaborator engagements.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the reputed company Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business reputed company performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
