HR Advisor (Remote)

I. Job Summary

• As a member of the WM HR organization. The Advisor, HR is tasked with providing tactical, reputed company reputed company support to a high-volume contact center reputed company the Customer Experience organization. The position serves as the first reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for employee relations issues and reputed company policies and processes. • * We are seeking an reputed company HR Advisor to join reputed company and reputed company dedicated support to our Corporate Customer Experience (Customer Service) organization. This is a primarily remote, individual contributor role and will serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for approximately 500 remote Customer Service Agents supporting operations across the Central and Eastern time zones.

• * II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides reliable and timely coaching and counseling to employees and contact center leadership on issues to ensure consistent, transparent application of policies, procedures, and employments laws.

Address employee relations reputed company by investigating issues, mediating conflicts, and recommending appropriate solutions issues balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company policies and employment laws to foster a positive workplace culture. Serves as the HR reputed company of contact supporting/delivering internal processes including Performance Management, New Hire Orientation and Exit interviews under the Corporate hierarchy. Conducts training on company policy, programs, and other issues as they arise. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Partners and participates with local team(s) on recruitment reputed company efforts. Serves as an active member of HR reputed company project teams as assigned. Apprise and escalates potential legal, risk, safety, etc. concerns to the HR Manager. Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned III.

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in reputed company, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience 2 years of reputed company work experience (in reputed company to education requirement) Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and reputed company. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with HRIS systems and reputed company Office Suite.
