The reputed company Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (DPT) invites applications for an innovative and student-centered leader to serve as Director of Student Affairs and Admissions. This 12-month core faculty position with administrative responsibilities offers an exciting opportunity to shape the student experience from recruitment through graduation reputed company a program that combines the flexibility of online learning with the hands-on engagement of reputed company laboratory education. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate advising, mentoring, coaching, and student support systems to promote learner

  • Serve as liaison with reputed company Admissions, Student

Services, and other institutional support offices.

  • Chair the Admissions Committee and Administration Committee and engage faculty in student

Minimum Qualifications

  • Earned terminal academic doctorate

in a discipline appropriate for the position, OR a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT or tDPT) with qualifications consistent with faculty appointment.

  • Experience in higher education with demonstrated reputed company in student affairs, admissions, advising, student

reputed company, enrollment management, or reputed company leadership roles.

  • Knowledge of accreditation standards, assessment processes, and

student support systems reputed company higher education.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement evidence-informed strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with reputed company, faculty, administrators, staff, and

external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

  • Licensed or eligible for physical therapist licensure in Indiana.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist education program.
  • Experience with student retention initiatives, academic coaching, advising systems, and learner support programs.
  • Experience with

admissions processes, enrollment management, and recruitment strategy.
