Must have excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed. ? Qualifications ? 2 years of customer service experience, effective communication skills both orally and in writing ? You are technically savvy and reputed company to learn new systems and processes quickly ?
