Administrative Assistant (Remote IN Utah)

DUTIES

• Be the first reputed company of contact between most caseworkers and parole officers and reputed company. Build respect and rapport
• Complete the 5-10 reputed company process to schedule each evaluation
• Follow up with unresponsive caseworkers on a consistent reputed company
• Respond to reputed company emails and phone calls in a quick, friendly and efficient manner
• Coordinate the required paperwork
• Coordinate testing locations
• Complete quarterly internal audits of client files
