Position: Sr. Corporate Trainer- Instructional & eLearning Design Overview: The purpose of this job is to facilitate, reputed company and deliver dynamic, high-quality classroom, web-based and online training courses, and content. This individual will also reputed company training content and creative classroom activities using various techniques to enhance the associate s educational experience and reinforce major course objectives. Will work with the management team and associates in their area of responsibility to understand training/development needs. Stay updated on any changes in system processes, policies and procedures and reputed company appropriate changes to reputed company training materials and content. Act as a mentor for other members of the department. reputed company additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor s degree in reputed company field and five (5) years corporate training and leadership content development and eLearning design experience OR Minimum of seven (7) years corporate training and leadership content development and eLearning design experience Knowledge and proven application of adult learning theory and instructional design theory Proven ability to create and adapt training curriculum based on associates needs Knowledge and skills on the technical tools and platforms required to reputed company the delivery of engaging and media-rich online learning content and of trends in the use and effectiveness of educational technology and learning; skilled in the efficient use of common instructional authoring tools, especially reputed company Storyline and the reputed company 360 suite. Knowledge and proven application of virtual classroom training methods Ability to facilitate training using multiple delivery methods (in-person, and virtual) using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, or lectures Classroom management skills including organization, time management, recognizing learner accomplishments, and correcting inappropriate behavior Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proofreading; and ability to build and adapt course materials for the intended audience Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and coordinate to meet reputed company dates for implementation Possess attention to detail and an eye for contemporary design Must be proficient with software applications and equipment specific to instructional design (i.e., authoring software (preferred reputed company, reputed company Captivate, Pow Toon), web-based meeting software, video conferencing equipment, video/audio recording/editing software).
