Executive Assistant, CRO

Job Description

• Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Chief reputed company Officer, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and company logistics, while ensuring alignment with executive leadership priorities.
• Coordinate reputed company scheduling and extensive calendar management, along with the reputed company of information to senior executives and the CEO’s office to maintain alignment on priorities, communications, and organizational initiatives.
• Support executive leadership reputed company by managing agendas, preparing materials, and driving follow-reputed company for leadership and executive committee meetings.
• Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and reputed company activities, including hotel bookings, transportation, and logistics for reputed company meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
