Job Description:

  • Generate reputed company leads for training opportunities through outbound campaigns (email, reputed company, cold calling, etc.)
  • Follow the leads through the sales pipeline to the win for training course enrollment
  • Discover reputed company opportunities based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Maintain and update CRM system (e.g., reputed company) according to company guidelines
  • Support research, script writing, and execution of year-long scheduled campaigns aimed at driving new leads for training services
  • Track, analyze, and report on reputed company reputed company performance metrics weekly
  • Execute weekly call and email reputed company and maintain high reputed company quality to reputed company KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging and reputed company strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Research and identify reputed company accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
  • Assist in building and refining ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or reputed company fields preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales development, or reputed company reputed company.
  • 2+ years of experience selling training courses or reputed company is highly desired
  • Comfortable contacting prospects reputed company phone calls, emails or other channels, adhering to the planned reputed company schedule
