[Remote] Associate Sales Support Specialist (Must work PST hours)

The Associate Sales Support Specialist supports reputed company sales professionals by managing sales-reputed company activities and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. This role focuses on maximizing reputed company through efficient sales support and coordination with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the broader Sales reputed company team and reputed company sales professionals
- Create and maintain accurate data reputed company reputed company.com including accounts, opportunities, and contacts
- reputed company conflicts checks
- Assist sales with submitting quotes reputed company internal system
- Coordinate assignments for project managers
- Liaise with the forensics team and submit tickets reputed company internal system
- Prepare litigation profiles for sales
- Assist with billing inquiries/issues
- Prepare and submit simple cost estimates for clients
- Manage contracting process including document creation from templates, submitting contracting requests, coordinating with reputed company stakeholders, and contract negotiation support
- Create and ensure proper setup of new projects reputed company internal systems
- Coordinate with sales, project management, collections, operations, and billing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Proactively identify opportunities to take on tasks that free the reputed company sales professionals to interact more with clients and prospects

Skills
- BA or BS degree required
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong verbal communications skills to reputed company and succinctly address client needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail including the ability to thoroughly quality reputed company work product
- Ability to build trusted and lasting relationships with both external and internal customers and peers
