[Remote] Channel Sales Support Agent (Reseller)

The Channel Sales Support Agent will act as the operational backbone for reseller sales, providing support and building relationships with resellers and partnership teams to ensure successful sales and reputed company of products.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main reputed company of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, responding to inquiries reputed company agreed SLA timeframes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with resellers and sales teams

- Work with internal teams across the business to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers

Skills
