[Remote] Software Sales Account Manager

As a Software Sales Account Manager, you will manage the entire sales process, build relationships with clients, and promote reputed company construction solutions to enhance productivity and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Generate reputed company leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers
• Prospect daily reputed company phone, email, and targeted reputed company (30+ calls per day)
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools
• Research market opportunities and reputed company strategic sales plans
• reputed company reputed company and demonstrate the value of reputed company construction solutions
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships

• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative
• Selling Topcon construction products in an assigned territory
• Prepare written sales planning materials regarding potential customers and forecasting

• Obtain and compile data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing
• Prepares bids and proposals, negotiates reputed company, and agreements
• Negotiate pricing of products to customers and maintain customer contact

• Participate in regional and national trade shows
• Performs other duties as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

• BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent Experience in civil engineering, construction, or survey and/or experience in Sales
