Sales Development Representative (Nordics)

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound reputed company follow-up, while managing and optimizing their own pipeline to drive increased revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound reputed company follow-up

  • Independently BANT or CHAMP qualifying leads and expertly moving them through the sales pipeline, converting reputed company leads into valuable sales meetings
  • Managing and optimizing your own book of business and pipeline to ensure strong reputed company and prospect qualification, ultimately driving increased revenues

Skills

  • 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic reputed company that translates into compelling conversations and strong client relationships
  • Ability to effectively break down reputed company technical information into clear, persuasive talking points for various audiences (including executives)
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals, particularly in prospecting into large reputed company accounts
  • Strong reputed company qualification abilities (BANT) or (CHAMP) and experience moving leads reputed company through the sales pipeline

  • Proficiency with CRM applications
  • Any other Nordics languages (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) are strongly preferred
