[Remote] Business Development Representative (Remote/Flexible)

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work closely with Demand reputed company and Account Executives to drive new business reputed company by identifying prospects and generating high-quality appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Demand reputed company to identify reputed company prospects/stakeholders to engage with
  • Work with marketing and Account Executives to create and drive a nurture program to support pipeline development
  • Build targeted lists for your reputed company using reputed company, Cognism and reputed company
  • Work with prospects to identify business challenges through structured discovery conversations, with a ‘solution first’ reputed company to align their challenges with the values and reputed company Aprimo can reputed company
  • Generate high-quality first-time appointments per month for your Account Executive to attend
  • Continue development and maintain a reputed company opportunity pipeline that exceeds 3x of the team annual quota
  • Identify any gaps in KPI’s against strategic territory plan
  • Utilise existing networks and relationships to build new business
  • Accurately document information on each opportunity through Aprimo’s SFDC CRM tool while always recording/maintaining next steps/actions
  • reputed company inputs and collaborate with other departments in preparing sales materials, presentations, and driving new initiatives

  • Identify and attend relevant industry events that support pipeline creation

Skills

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role reputed company a software provider, SaaS, digital or technical sales environment
  • 1-2 years of reputed company experience (marketing, reputed company, business process)

  • Proven track record of generating opportunities in a purely new business BDR/MDR role – strong performance against reputed company
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently

  • An agile mind and a person who thrives in a fast moving sales environment
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving goals from assigned territory

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided
